  Unfortunately I’m giving a rating of one star! I am highly disappointed with this company. I called and spoke with an employee on Friday who reserved a unit for me also informing me at the time that my first month in the unit would be free and I’d only have to pay the $22.60 start up fee, which was perfect for me because I was unsure of the exact day I would be able to bring my belongings in - although I was hoping for Sunday. I got a call back after my reservation informing me that they are now open on Saturdays so I could come out on Saturday to fill out the paper work and get access to my unit which was also great because I was stuck at work til 5 on the Friday so had no chance of making it there in time. On the Saturday I went out to the storage unit I arrived at 2:30pm... there was a nice lady at working. She showed me the unit and we went back to fill out the paperwork. 45 minutes went by... she called sereral people to get help with no response for the most part. She was a trainee, just learning. I was patient for the most part because I’ve worked a Saturday on my own before and I know it can be overwhelming. Needless to say an hour later I had to leave, I was with my grandmother who had an appointment at 4. It was imperative that I had a unit ready for Sunday and I made sure to let the lady assisting me know that. Finally, she offered me the unit but for only if I paid $90.12 - which was not what I was told the previous day over the phone which I expressed. I offered to pay the set up fee and again explained how important it was that I have a unit for Sunday. She then told me that if I paid the set up fee the following month would be 123.00 which I was quoted $80.00 a month plus tax. She asked me to leave it with her and she would call me before the end of her day as she thought she was going to be a while longer trying to figure it out. I agreed. I waited until 4pm and didn’t recieve a call back - I called back and no answer. I left a message. I got a phone call back this am asking me if I was going to come in and letting me know that unfortunately her boss wouldn’t let her process the unit on Saturday... I’m so frustrated because I didn’t even get a call back to let me know when I was told I would. I wasted 2 hours of my day driving back and forth and sitting there for nothing. I will NOT be returning. I do NOT recommend. Horrible customer service. This is directed at the company not the lady who was training. Clearly, she wasn’t ready to be left alone in the office yet!
