  I am very impressed. I live in Delta BC, and am not familiar with many of the local businesses in Wasaga Beach On. As I am not very computer savvy, (doing all my online stuff from my phone), I made a couple errors with my online shopping. Cathy not only took the time to call my long distance number to go over the order, but considered the 3 hr time difference previous to calling. The product I had picked off a simple picture was better than expected. The delivery details were not easy, however Cathy took care of it all. Very reasonable price for a beautiful product and over the top service. Thank you Cathys Flowers.

  Cathy was very accommodating, warm, friendly and helpful. She really brings a personal touch to her interactions and makes you feel like cares about providing a superior product. I will definitely be back in the future. :)

  I placed an order from B.C and with in 15 minutes I received a call letting me know that the specific flowers I had chosen would be coming in fresh the next day. She asked me if I wanted the flowers delivered on that day instead so the flowers would be at their best. Great service, much appreciated.

  Everywhere you go flowers are usually expensive. But Cathy's Flowers has such a welcoming atmosphere. I purchased flowers for my Grandma's celebration of life without much idea as to what I wanted and she created a beautiful arrangement. It was simple yet gorgeous, and she was so friendly, patient and understanding while arranging the plans for the flowers, doing her best to make sure that I was going to receive what I wanted, which I did. I will definitely be returning!!

  Cathy took it upon herself to make this gift extra special and added a few extra things that would make a 10 year old happy. I will say this right now, I have NEVER had a business take it upon themselves to make a child's birthday gift extra special without being told too. I was in shock that Cathy thought about my daughters feelings with not even knowing who she is!!! Warms my heart!
