We had a group of about 35 people come up to sunshine from Friday to Sunday and paid 75 each as it was a long weekend. I came up on the Saturday for just one night and was hoping since I already had a group up and wasn't going to take up extra room they could give me a price for one night. But NO they charged me to 2 nights Saturday till Monday as if I was gonna stay up alone so that was a real piss off. Regardless it was alright everyone around was friendly and has 0 issues with people. Washrooms are ok but not the best, stay away from the showers lol. Close to many things and places to eat, could walk to the beach but better to drive. Overall the stay was pretty decent just annoyed I got charged so much for one day.

I went to sunshine park on Canada day weekend. I went there expecting a crazy party because the advertised these huge parties, but the glow party they had set up included a max 20 people. I will say that i was expecting a lot worse once reading the reviews, no rape, the bathrooms werent even that bad but werent good either. over all good weekend.

Wild place to party for 17-21 year old's. Expect loud nights, a lot of booze and low hygiene expectations. Came here a few times when I was younger and have some wild stories but definitely have grown out of it.

This Park was awesome, Don't come here if you are older then 25 seriously, not your crowd. When i went, 50% of the park was from Tri-City Area, then the other 50% was from everywhere else. If you come here be social, make friends during the day and have a great time at night. Shout out to all you Wasagets, have a great summer!
