  I have been getting my lash extensions done at the cutting edge for 2 years now and love them. Having the lash extensions, makes my mornings a lot easier, as I can get up and go with little effort. My lashes have length and look full. If I want to add mascara for a richer look, I can (special mascara). The aestheticians are very accommodating as I choose to go every two weeks and get a fill, as it generally takes 30 minutes and costs less as I am doing it more often. I have also gone 3-4 weeks between fills and my lashes still look good. Overall I have had a great experience with all my services and would recommend them as the number one salon in our area.

  I just have to share this! Tonight I had an emergency pop into this salon, as the salon I had booked cancelled all of their appointments. It was 6:30 at night and Simone graciously took me in, even though she was busy! I am just visiting Wasaga from Spain and will be meeting high school friends I have not seen for years tomorrow. You can only imagine how appreciative I am. Simone coloured, cut and styled my hair to perfection... even better than my stylist in Spain. Thank you Simone and thank you Cutting Edge!

  This is the first review I have ever done online but feel it is very warranted. My wife went here to get eyelashes put on. Alot of her friends have them and she had been wanting then for some time. After doing some research, she decided to go higher end and get them done here ($150). The technician was lovely and spent a long time doing the lashes. My wife was satisfied with the look and was told they would last up to 4 weeks. Within 3 days, lashes started falling out. She was told by the technician this could happen so she never called. By day 4/5, there were barely any lashes left. Her friends who have them couldn't believe it, especially when they pay $70-80 and have theirs longer. She decided to call the salon to see if this was normal. The desk clerk said she could book her for a refill. The desk clerk then said she would have technician call her. The next afternoon, the technician called. The technician didn't know why this happened but basically said since my wife didn't call on day 3, there was nothing they could do. She said sometimes, it's due to medication, oily eyelids etc. Bassically, the blame was on her. No accountability and they definitely don't stand by their product. She will not be returning and and everyone she knows will spread the news.

  Always a fantastic experience whether a hair visit or a spa visit. Love how accommodating and professional the staff are! Just had laser hair removal done and love the results.
