  I have never written a one star review. However, based on the exceptionally horrid customer service I received I had to. The elderly woman with the whitish blond hair should not be working or talking or interacting with the public. I have no idea why she interacts with people.

  We took our grandkids to the Luau Resort for a four night holiday. The location was minutes from the beach and very convenient to the main highways. The cabin we rented was more than adequate for our needs and cleaned on a daily basis. The grounds were beautifully kept with abundant flowers everywhere. The main attraction for our grandchildren was the well-kept heated pool.

  Great Resort!! My family enjoyed it very much and the location to the beach is conveniently close. The staff are friendly and helpful. We will be going back for sure....

  Lovely and clean place. Bed too hard for my liking... But I am sure some people will love them. Monique does a great job!!!!

  Moreover, not only was she rude when there was no need to be (she could convey information in a normal way) but she gave out incorrect information (lies). For example she insisted my daughter use a disposable swim diaper and cover ($5-which if fine but convey professionally) but we had a cloth swim diaper (which she claimed to never have seen before). She did give us some disposable diapers claiming they were swim diapers, I looked carefully at them-they were regular easyups-not swim diapers. She did not know what she was talking about. I asked her when the pool was open. No clear answer.

  Called to make a reservation and find out details of room ect.... the lady on the phone was quite rude and when I asked question she abruptly answered then as I said I wld call back and wanted to no if was last room said no it's fine and then hung up b4 I finished speaking..... looks like a beautiful place I would love to check out I'm a little detoured now and unsure???!!!!! May give it a shot I hope the motel is much better then the customer service!!!! Especially for the price!

  I work with the public and I don't understand how somebody can be so terrible in speaking and giving out information to basic questions.
